Hairrible Return Policy 

Return Policy - Exchanges and Store Credits Only

At Hairrible, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom goods that celebrate the hair babes you are while meeting your style expectations. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to exchange their purchase. Please review the Hairrible Return Policy to ensure a fair and satisfactory shopping experience.

Eligibility for Exchanges and Store Credits:
o Items eligible for an exchange or store credit must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
o Exchanges and store credits are only applicable for purchases made directly from Hairrible. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.


Timeframe for Exchanges and Store Credits:
o Requests for exchanges or store credits must be made within 28 days from the date of purchase.
o If the item was shipped, the return request must be initiated within 28 days from the delivery date as per the tracking information.

Exchanges Process:
o Customers who wish to exchange their item(s) for another product of equal or lesser value will be provided with a store credit to be used towards their new purchase.
o The store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges or additional fees.
o If the new product chosen is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

Store Credits:
o Store credits are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchase with Shop Hairrible.
o Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are only applicable for products and cannot be used for shipping charges or additional fees.

Return Shipping:
o Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exchanging an item.
o We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. Hairrible is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Non-Eligible Items:
o Due to the nature of our custom hair goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, altered, or customized specifically for the customer's request, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects:

o If you believe your item contains a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team with detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photos). We will assess the situation and provide guidance on the appropriate course of action.
o Please note that this return policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand the policy before making a purchase.
